Justice Kusi Minka Premo

Studied Law at the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1984. Began professional career with State Insurance Corporation (SIC) until 1986 when he resigned and went into private practice with Messrs Kwaku Baah & Co. until 1992. Thereafter Justice joined Kokroko Chambers which dealt in Real Property and Litigation, Matrimonial causes, Intellectual property and Debt recovery for banks and other financial institutions.

In 1996 Justice set up Minkah-Premo & Co. which handles corporate and intellectual property briefs. It is very active in land law, debt recovery, Human Rights Law and Family Law. Minkah-Premo & Co. has attained the reputation of being one of the foremost and vibrant full commercial and litigation firms in Ghana. Minkah Premo boasts a plethora of clientele that cuts across various types of businesses, Timber Firms, Real Estate, Financial Institutions and International Organisations to name a few.

Justice is an author of numerous papers and published works in the areas of Human Rights and conflict resolution. He is currently pursuing an LLM Programme at the University of Ghana, Legon.

Justice, the perfectionist is very versatile and has excellent human relations laced with effective articulation of purpose. He is approachable, forthright and has a profound understanding and zeal for law.

Appreciating the dream and commitment to redefine the scope and quality of the provision of professional legal service in Ghana, Justice supported the creation and set-up of Hagan Law Company in 2004.

At the Ghana Bar Association Conference in October 2009 Justice was elected as the Vice President for the Ghana Bar Association.
